◆公司創立於民國七十三年，初創之時目標設定於航太工業衛星微波通訊、汽機車零件、電腦週邊設備等產業之表面處理技術方面之發展。
因此，在表面處理技術之研究不遺餘力。

◆同時於民國八十三年取得之認證，也有幸與中科院、台揚科技合作發展飛彈微波系統之表面處理，
因而確立本公司表面處理技術在高科技產業之基礎，更進一步為取得更先進之表面處理技術，
◆於美國設立表面處理及材料研發部門，隨時提供國內高科技廠商在表面處理方面之諮詢與委託加工。

◆因此本公司本著根植台灣之策略，積極提供國內高科技廠商之各項表面處理技術之研發與服務。
希望能與國內高科技廠商為台灣之經濟發展盡一份力量，共榮共存。

The company was established on 1984. The initial goal of the company was forcusing on aerospace industry, microwave and telecommunication Ind., Automobile Industry and Notebook Ind. While aiming at these industries, Wind Chen is unavoidable to put much effort in the research and development of related surface treatment technology°

In 1994, Wind Chen started to work with Chung- Shan institute of Science and Technology for the development of surface treatment technology to be applied on microwave and missile system. It has further intense our strength and position in the highly competitive world of surface treatment technology in Taiwan. For better quality and more efficient surface treatment, Wind Chen started to work with Material Reasearch and Development Institute and Engineers from U.S. We keep a close contact and monitoration on any new technology in the world. The purpose is, of course to keep our customers stay on the top of the world s technology and competitive market.

At present, Wind Chen is heading for Photo fiber and optic components, IC ceramic base, Kover, PC board and Ceramic Au/Ag surface treatment. For over 20 years in the industry, Wind Chen does not only deliver performance but tends to be one step extra beyond customers requirement. Rarely in the surface treatment companies in Taiwan that has the courage and vision to keep on moving forward to advance surface treatment technique while doing the old things could still make profit. It is out of the vision of becoming the best, the target of servicing our clients that keeps Wind Chen moving forward. Looking back, Wind Chen has accomplished a lot, and yet looking forward, Wind Chen is still moving. It is out of this believe, that Wind Chen will always welcome challanges from our clients for any new demand and new surface treatment.

Being station in Taiwan, Wind Chen activily involves with all highly motivated top technology industries within Taiwan. We wish to contribute our small part of effort to the countrys economics development and also to better serve our high technology customers all over the world.
