德晃有限公司介紹
德晃有限公司 成立於 1990 年， 初期以開發 ” 製造機械設備 ” 為主，但當時智慧財產保護法規不周全，耗費大量金錢與時間的苦心設計，經常在短時間內被他人仿冒，而嚴重影響公司權益與業務運作，遂於 10 年前決定轉型為專利產品的製造開發。
1996年德晃剔爽牙籤刷的問世，即是成功的轉型案例，此一專利產品，不僅廣受牙科醫生肯定，也在該年度得到德國Nuremberg發明銀牌獎，隨即在歐美造成轟動，之後便在世界各地暢銷，並於2005年突破九億支的年銷售量。
此外，德晃產品開發團隊也同時致力於辦公室用品及美勞文具的專利產品研發，自有品牌的部份除獲得國外市場熱烈迴響外，也曾榮獲國內發明獎的肯定。目前團隊更與國外大廠陸續完成許多叫好又叫座的海外產品，相信不久的將來，國內市場也將有所回應。
今日的德晃已具備成熟的產品開發技術與國內外行銷通路，但累積多年的經驗告訴我們『唯有不斷研發創新，不斷突破技術，才能無懼地生存在極其競爭的世界舞台』。

Welter's Co.,Ltd. has been manufacturer and exporter for more than 20 years specializing in the stationery items.
In the last 10 years since 1993, Welter's has been concentrating on the production for our new patented products, such as Bushpicks and New Staple Remover(scissors type).
In 1999 we also launched our latest investion, the Orbis Circle Ruler and Orbis Circle Cutter by our sister company, C.F.M. Group Ltd.
Welter's Co. Ltd. and C.F.M. Group Ltd. are the same company and belong to the same owners.
All the products are patent registered worldwide, and manufactured at our Welter's factory in
