舜興工業股份有限公司 成立於 1986 年，以生產自行車傳動組零件商品 OP曲柄、大齒盤、BBP而享譽世界。展望未來及回顧過去一路走來，我們對於這許多年來的發展成就深以為傲。總公司位於臺灣中部霧峰，而在中國大陸江蘇省句容市、華陽鎮和楊梅分別設有獨資分廠。臺灣本地工廠占地8000平方公尺，產能第一，達成每年500萬套以上，且行銷遍布全世界。

本公司自成立以來，秉持不斷開發創新的精神，採用精密的模具設計、製造與CNC自動車床、沖壓製造、冷鍛、熱鍛製造、熱處理、電導技術為支柱，輔以完全獨立的生產流程，讓舜興由一個工業產品導向的產業，轉為貼近消費者需求的事業。

舜興擁有超過二十三年以上的專業設計及製造代工（ ODM / OEM ）經驗，能即時提供工程試製樣品且快速導入量產，並依據不同客戶的需求，提供富彈性及可信賴的生產服務，因此深受國際各大廠的肯定及認同。
