Atecom Technology Co., Ltd. is the manufacturer and supplier of semiconductor materials established at Taipei of Taiwan in 1998. We manufacture and cooperate with our partners from the silicon ingots, raw wafers, epitaxial wafers to diffusion wafers. In the meantime, we are developing hard various kinds of crystal substrates for our customers among the industries of Opto semiconductors, MEMS, LED’s, power devices, solar modules and IC’s.
