「阮」在台灣話中是我和我們的意思，而肉干是台灣極具代表性的傳統美
食，中正肉舖用心經營於肉干的製作，致力於將傳統美食「精緻化」，讓
台灣傳統肉干美食能傳遞到每個人的心中，成為台灣在地的好品牌，因此
我們取名「阮的肉干」！
「Yun」 means us in Taiwanese, while the meat curd is one
indicator of traditional gourmet food in Taiwan. Chung
Cheng Meat Shop diligently produces the meat curd and
dedicates to “sophistication” the traditional gourmet
food, allowing the image of Taiwan traditional meat curd
stored in people’s mind and become a local brand with good
reputation. Therefore, we use the name “Yun Ye Meat curd”！
