氨綸是聚氨基甲酸酯纖維的簡稱，是一種彈性纖維。 氨綸一般由多根長絲組成，一般為10D/根，現時已有15D/根，甚至20D/根，理論根數愈少，條幹均勻度愈好，因重疊形態之機會率愈少， 幹法紡絲之生產溶液DMAC對人體之肝臟有害，一般10D/根內含控制0.5mg/kg，如15D/根則含0.7mg/kg，超過標準。生產Spandex時，對於打卷張力，筒上支數，斷裂強度，斷裂伸度，成形度，油附著量，彈性回覆率等等，都要特別注意，此等問題直接影響 編織，尤以針織生產單面布更加要留意。
