圓木，又稱“馬路大”，是指中國的一些特殊受害者，他們是日本731部隊的犧牲品，他們身體裡攜帶著日本731部隊注入的細菌，而主要用以對付美軍。日本共同社等媒體2009年11月22日首度披露，日本宣佈投降後，從中國東北秘密撤回國內的日本731部隊長石井四郎手書密令，要所屬官兵用“圓木”等生化武器突襲即將大規模進駐日本列島的美軍作戰部隊，炮製“細菌戰珍珠港”事件！儘管這一陰謀在即將實施階段被日軍最高統帥部喝停，但日本人反覆無常的秉性卻曝露無遺。
